Congratulations to Tyler Dingel, YPC 2010 Young Professional of the Year
DES MOINES – Congratulations to Tyler Dingel, a senior associate with CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial, on his selection as the 2010 Amy Jennings Young Professional of the Year Award from the Young Professionals Connection (YPC).
Tyler joined CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial in 2006 after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa. He has excelled in an extraordinarily difficult economy by setting high standards for himself. By 2009, he had earned his designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), which is recognized worldwide for its elite production and education criteria.
In four short years, he’s earned respect from business leaders through greater Des Moines and industry peers. He was recognized by the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association in 2008 with its Rising Star Award and this year as co-recipient of its prestigious Deal of the Year Award.
He’s actively involved in the Meals from the Heartland food drive, as well as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa, works regularly with his alma mater, the University of Northern Iowa, to encourage students in its real estate program.
The Amy Jennings Award was established in 2007 to honor her efforts on behalf of the Young Professionals Connection. It is awarded annually to a young professional who demonstrates the spirit of civic involvement, charitable giving, social activity and professional development.
