HOUSE FOODS HOLDINGS USA, SUBSIDIARIES TO EXHIBIT
AT NEXT WEEK’S NATURAL PRODUCT EXPO WEST IN ANAHEIM

LOS ANGELES – The House Foods Holding USA marketing team will demonstrate a selection of the company’s wholesome consumer products at next month’s Natural Product Expo West, which is recognized as the industry’s defining event for natural and organic professionals.

The expo, which runs Tuesday through Thursday, will be at the Anaheim Convention Center. House Foods and other exhibitors will show their products Wednesday through Friday. House Foods will exhibit several featured products from its Franklin Foods brands family in booth 3091, Hall C.

Katsutoshi Mizuno, House Foods USA’s company’s head of marketing, said the exhibit will include live cooking demonstrations and tastings. Featured samples will include:

  • House Foods’ three flavors of seitan (lemon pepper, Southwest and Caribbean jerk); silken tofu and the company’s new one pound super firm vacuum-packed tofu,
  • Franklin Farms’ the recently released Ready Bake Tofu Kit breakfast sausage flavor, and,
  • El Burrito’s organic Soyrizo.

Mizuno said a rotation of products will be showcased from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the expo’s final day.

“The Natural Product Expo West has been and continues to be the perfect venue for House Foods to showcase our products and company values. We’re excited to return again this year with products under our Franklins Farms brand banner,” Mizuno said. “The expo draws people from the retail and food service sectors, distributors, chefs, health practitioners and dieticians and the media. “People in those professions are exactly who we love to share our story, especially because it’s an audience that is always eager to learn more about the benefits of House Foods’ products.”

Mizuno praised expo organizers for the event’s hosted buyer program, which is designed to attract qualified retail category managers and buyers who are actively sourcing natural and organic products. “We appreciate the innovative approach to connect exhibitors like House Foods with the managers and buyers for supermarkets and grocery chains, independent supermarkets, co-ops, convenience stores, health and wellness retail professionals and international buyers sourcing their local food stores who are eager to discover new products, expand product assortments, and stay ahead of emerging trends,” he said.

Mizuno added, “The Natural Products Expo West has been – and will continue to be – important to House Foods by strengthening our brand awareness and creating new business opportunities aligned with our mid- to long-term strategies of growth, innovation, sustainability, foodservice expansion, and education around plant-based foods.
