THE CONCEPT WORKS ANNOUNCES OFFICE EXPANSION

May 19, 2005 – The Concept Works will triple its office size under an agreement reached today with its landlord, commercial real estate developer, Colby Interests.

“As the company has added employees and experienced continued success in attracting extraordinary clients in the corporate, nonprofit and political arenas, we’ve simply run out of elbow room,” said Eric Woolson, president and CEO of The Concept Works, a West Des Moines, Iowa, public and government relations firm. “Colby Interests has made it possible for us to expand at our current location with minimal disruption to our day-to-day activities and I’m very appreciative of the consideration and care they’ve extended to us. Colby is a recognized and respected name in the commercial real estate field with a well-deserved reputation and an impressive track record of success. I couldn’t be happier with today’s announcement.”

The Concept Works is located at 1001 Office Park Road, Suite 121. The agreement will allow the firm to assume all of an adjoining office, Suite 119, and will connect the suites. The new office is scheduled to open July 1.
