JULY 22, 2004 – U.S. Senator Chuck Grassley is scheduled to speak at an Aug. 10 fund-raiser in Des Moines to honor Iowa House Speaker Pro Tem Danny Carroll and House Appropriations Committee Chairman Bill Dix.
